Biography
Deborah J. Bracaglia, Esq. graduated from Seton
Hall Law School cum laude, where she received
the American Jurisprudence Award for excellence
in Decedents, Estates, and Trusts. After Law
school, Deborah worked as a judicial clerk
for the late Honorable Wilfred P. Diana. She
was also appointed as a member of the Supreme
Court Advisory Committee for Model Jury Charges.
Deborah has a variety of legal experience
in the areas of Education Law, Labor Law,
Employment Law, Corporate Law, and Municipal
Law.
Mrs. Bracaglia has served for many years as an
elected member of the Bernards Township Board
of Education, five of which as President of the
Board. She has served on the Personnel,
Negotiations, Finance, Curriculum, and Community
Relations Committees of the Board, chairing Personnel,
Negotiations and Community Relations.
Mrs. Bracaglia presently handles matters in the
law firm in the fields of education law, labor
and employment, corporate law, municipal law and
litigation related to these fields.

Mrs. Bracaglia is admitted to the New Jersey bar.
Services
Mrs. Bracaglia has also been involved in
the PTO’s of many schools, including two
years as President of the Bernard’s Township
Interschool Council, a group including representation
from the PTO’s of all six schools in
the district and two years as Vice President
of the Oaks Street School PTO. She has three
children, Kate, Dan, and Tim. Her husband,
John, is also an attorney practices in Somerville,
New Jersey.
