Biography
Wendy Wiebalk, Esq. has been certified and recertified as a Civil Trial Attorney by the New Jersey Supreme Court. She is licensed to practice law in both New Jersey and New York. She has been appointed by the court to serve both as a court-ordered arbitrator and mediator in numerous matters over the years.
In her 20 years of legal experience, Ms. Wiebalk has personally first-chaired more than 40 jury trials to verdict. She has tried cases in Federal court and in various courts throughout the State of New Jersey. In addition to a significant insurance defense background in employment practices litigation and personal injury, Ms. Wiebalk has tried land use, Title 59 and election law matters.
Ms. Wiebalk served as Public Defender in North Brunswick. She was appointed by the Speaker of the Assembly to serve on Governor Whitman’s Death Penalty Commission. She earned the Republican nomination for State Assembly in the 18th Legislative District in 1997 and is a former candidate for the North Brunswick Township Council. She also served for several years on the Parks & Recreation Commission in Freehold Township.

Ms. Wiebalk is both an active volunteer and serves on the Board of Directors for Lifeline Animal Rescue. She has coached soccer for 10 years at both the travel and recreational levels and presently coaches 2 recreation teams and serves as a Division Coordinator for the Watchung Hills Soccer Association. She has attained her national “D” license as a coach and plays in a regulation outdoor women’s league. |
